1. Introduction and Acceptance
By booking and participating in services offered by Jean Baptiste Mac Luckie, EI ("the Practitioner"), you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before booking any session.
2. Services Offered
2.1 Individual Sessions
The Practitioner offers one-on-one changework sessions combining:
Integrative hypnosis
Energy work
Somatic practices
Coaching of the unconscious mind
2.2 Group Sessions
Group sessions and programs utilize the same therapeutic modalities as individual sessions.
2.3 Session Duration
The duration of individual and group sessions may vary.
3. Pricing and Payment Terms
3.1 Pricing Information
Current pricing for all services is available on the booking platform and website. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
3.2 Payment Terms
Advance payment is required for all services.
All payments must be completed before the scheduled session.
Prices are stated in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes.
4. Booking and Cancellation Policy
4.1 Cancellation Terms
No cancellation fee applies if you cancel up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will incur a charge of 50% of the session price.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the session price.
If the Practitioner cancels or fails to attend, you will receive a full refund.
4.2 Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests are subject to the same 48-hour notice requirement as cancellations. While this policy is generally strict, the Practitioner understands that unexpected events occur and may, at their sole discretion, make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
5. Technology and Platform Usage
5.1 Session Platforms
Online sessions are conducted via:

Google Meet
5.2 Technical Requirements
Clients are responsible for ensuring:
A stable internet connection.
Functioning audio and video equipment.
A private, quiet environment for sessions.
5.3 Recording Policy
Individual sessions may be recorded upon client request.
Group sessions are routinely recorded.
By participating, you consent to recording when applicable.
Recordings remain confidential.
6. Age Requirements and Parental Consent
6.1 Minors
Clients under 18 years of age require written parental or guardian consent.
A parent or guardian must be available during sessions with minors.
Special considerations apply to confidentiality when working with minors.
7. Medical Contraindications and Health Disclosures
7.1 Contraindicated Conditions
The following conditions are contraindicated for hypnosis and energy work services:
Schizophrenia
Pathological personalities
Alcohol or drug psychosis
Senility
Epilepsy and narcolepsy (exceptions may be made with GP consultation and approval)
Bi-polar conditions and clinical depressive illnesses
Clients exhibiting suicidal tendencies
Serious heart conditions
7.2 Medical Disclosure Requirement
Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, medications, or psychological treatments before beginning services.
7.3 Medical Professional Relationship
These services do not replace medical treatment or psychological therapy. Clients are encouraged to maintain relationships with appropriate healthcare providers.
7.4 Service Discontinuation
The Practitioner also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or discontinue services if, after the agreement is signed, it is determined that the services are clearly incompatible and/or unsuitable for the Client's personal situation (e.g., illness, pregnancy, specific vulnerabilities, disability, age, etc.). In such cases, the Practitioner agrees to refund the Client for any fees paid for services not yet rendered.
8. Professional Standards and Credentials
8.1 Certification
The Practitioner is certified through the Center for Integrative Hypnosis, New York City.
8.2 Professional Insurance
The Practitioner maintains professional liability insurance through MAIF.
8.3 Scope of Practice
Services are provided within the scope of hypnosis, energy work, and coaching practice, not as a replacement for medical or psychological treatment.
9. Client Responsibilities and Expectations
9.1 Honesty and Disclosure
Clients agree to provide honest and complete information relevant to their sessions.
9.2 Participation
Active participation and openness to the process enhance effectiveness.
9.3 Personal Responsibility
Clients maintain responsibility for their own decisions and actions following sessions.
10. Confidentiality and Data Protection
10.1 Confidentiality
All session content, personal information, and recordings are treated as strictly confidential in accordance with French data protection laws (RGPD/GDPR).
10.2 Data Storage
Digital client data and recordings are stored securely and retained only as long as necessary for therapeutic purposes.
10.3 Exceptions to Confidentiality
Confidentiality may be broken only when required by law or in cases of imminent danger to self or others.
11. Limitations and Disclaimers
11.1 No Medical Claims
The Practitioner makes no medical claims about the services provided. These services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
11.2 Individual Results
Results vary among individuals. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.
11.3 Complementary Practice
These services are complementary and should not replace conventional medical or psychological treatment when needed.
12. Liability and Indemnification
12.1 Limitation of Liability
The Practitioner's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. The Practitioner is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
12.2 Client Acknowledgment
Clients acknowledge they participate voluntarily and assume responsibility for their own well-being during and after sessions.
13. Intellectual Property
13.1 Proprietary Methods
Techniques, materials, and methods used are proprietary to the Practitioner and may not be reproduced without permission.
13.2 Recording Usage
Client recordings may not be shared, distributed, or used for any purpose other than the client's personal therapeutic benefit.
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law.
14.2 Jurisdiction
Any disputes will be resolved through French courts with jurisdiction in Paris.
14.3 Good Faith Resolution
Both parties agree to attempt good faith resolution of any disputes before pursuing legal action.
15. Modifications and Updates
15.1 Terms Updates
The Practitioner reserves the right to update these terms with reasonable notice to existing clients.
15.2 Continued Service
Continued use of services after term updates constitutes acceptance of new terms.
